Challenge
A growing provider network needed verifiable recovery for patient administration systems; generator maintenance gaps and informal cabling invited single points of failure.
Solution
We redesigned power and cooling paths for the primary server room, introduced environmental alerting, and executed a controlled failover rehearsal with clinical IT sign-off.
Results
Together with client IT leadership, we instrumented the environment for ongoing measurement — so improvements compound instead of eroding after the project team steps away.
