Integrity
We favour plain facts over polished narratives. Our documentation, estimates, and post-mortems are written to withstand scrutiny.
We help ambitious enterprises in Ghana and West Africa run technology the way it should be — resilient, understandable, and aligned to the business.
Averratec ICT began as a small network practice with a simple conviction: enterprise technology in our region deserves the same rigour you would expect in London or Singapore — delivered with local context and respect for how decisions actually get made. Today we partner with banks, manufacturers, healthcare groups, and public-facing institutions that cannot afford fragile infrastructure or unclear ownership.
Our engagements span the physical layer through applications — cabling and data centres, cloud landing zones, ERP programmes, cyber controls, and executive meeting rooms. We are vendor-neutral where it matters and opinionated where it protects you. Every project ends with artefacts your team can maintain: diagrams, baselines, test evidence, and training that sticks.
Our mission is to engineer intelligent enterprises — organisations where technology amplifies judgement instead of replacing it. If you are accountable for uptime, budget, or regulatory outcomes, we speak your language.
We favour plain facts over polished narratives. Our documentation, estimates, and post-mortems are written to withstand scrutiny.
We hold ourselves to standards we would expect as a customer — disciplined engineering, tidy handovers, and accountable support.
We adopt modern platforms where they reduce risk and cost — never novelty for its own sake. Every change ties back to a measurable outcome.
We work alongside your IT leaders and vendors as one team. We succeed when your operators can run what we build without heroics.
Our cofounders lead engagements and engineering decisions personally.
